To Whom it May Concern,

With reference to the above product. Thank you for the prompt delivery, however I am not entirely satisfied with the product, as the print is very faint, and much smaller that a set I previously ordered.

I have ordered a few products from your company, and this has been the first item that I am not entirely satisfied with.

The logo on the glasses were put way up too high on the glasses considering that when wine is being drunk the glasses are not full.

I would have preferred the logo lower down, which could have been more noticeable and the work appreciated even more.
